AURELEX is a Private Military Corporation that operates inspired by Holacracy management structure, guided by its founding mission statement and aligned with the Civilian Defense Force and Militia Mobilization Initiative. This structure empowers all operators to contribute to and improve the organization while enabling accountability and oversight through collective effort. The goal is to ensure our clients and operators receive the the best possible experience available to them. Progression is based on participation and measurable contributions, tracked through a transparent leveling system that credits each individual for their verifiable contributions.
A division focused on rapid-response rescue for clients across the universe. Its range of integrated technology includes live Helmet Cam streams that allow clients watch their own rescue where possible, and an on-terminal Tactical Map that provides navigation and location intel to assist emergency operations. Through a Freemium model, AURELEX extends the rescue lifecycle by offering rescued clients optional, related non-essential on-site services.
A division focused on organizing expeditionary operations, specifically in-game events, for primarily internal operators and occasionally public community members. Fleet Operations focus on running patrols where applicable to identify new, in-the-moment expeditionary opportunities or provide support to rescue missions when resources allow.
A division focused on industrial gameplay, boosting operational capacity through salvage, mining, hauling, equipment production, and facility construction. Working solo or in teams, operators gather resources that keep the organization operational and self-sufficient as a backbone of our operations, with organizational services handling asset delivery and consignment.
